Buying ready made Low Carb Gluten Free Bread has not always been possible in the countries where we have lived. After many trials and errors I have devised my own super easy DIY bread recipe to make at home. It’s lactose free as well!

Almond flour, Pumpkin seed flour, Coconut flour, Chia seeds, Quinoa flour,
Flaxseed flour.
When I can’t buy the flour ready made, I’ll use my electric coffee bean grinder to grind seeds into flour. It has worked very well so far, but don’t grind it too long or it will turn into butter!
If you don’t mind carbs then oat flour or rice flour works nicely too. Chickpea flour works too but it is not my favorite flavor.
For a pretty touch, add crushed nuts and seeds on top of the bread or even add some in the bread.
Here are other keto friendly recipes I have used with great success. You literally only need flaxseed, salt and water!
